Many questions about calendar and dates are being sent in my direction. No official calendar has been adopted by the ACBOE yet. But I have been given enough information for the following preliminary plans.

Here's the best I can do right now...

I will hold a rookie parent meeting before school lets out, in May.

Rookie Camp 6/2-3, 8-11:30 a.m.

We will probably have some evening rehearsals the week of 7/12 on Tuesday and Thursday, if you're here we expect the student to attend.

We will definitely have sectional rehearsals and full band rehearsals the week of 7/19 all week. Specific details haven't been worked out yet.

Full Camp will be 7/26-7/30, 8-11:30 a.m & 6-8 p.m (we will not rehearse Wednesday evening)

We will not rehearse during the day the week before school starts, but will most likely have Tuesday and Thursday evening practices from 6-8 p.m.


That should give you some brush strokes on the calendar to plan with. I'll release more specific information after spring break and will begin updating the website calendar for the summer and fall very soon.

We are doing away with the "member" login. You will have to create your own account by clicking "sign-up" and completing the form that comes up.

You can use whatever you'd like for a username. Create a unique password for yourself. The web-masters will activate your account. You will receive an activation e-mail within 24 hours, probably sooner. If your username is deemed inappropriate, it will be rejected and deleted. For this there will be no notification. If the same user attempts to register an inappropriate username more than once, their IP may be permanently banned from the site.

Permissions for account holders will be the same as for the old "member" account. You'll be able to access all downloads, media, and media.
